OHT supports events calendar

Interested in learning from Ontario Health Team (OHT) leaders, members of the OHT Central Program of Supports, and other health-system partners committed to the success of OHTs? The events in this series (many of which are webinars) are designed to support OHTs to learn and improve rapidly in their use of a population-health management approach to moving the needle on quadruple-aim metrics, as well as in putting in place the eight OHT building blocks.

Join upcoming events or view resources from past events. Search for events of particular interest to you, filtering by host, target audience, target OHT role/function, and topic.

In response to the additional pressures OHTs are facing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, partners in the OHT Central Program of Supports are committed to offering supports events and activities in a flexible manner, while continuing to support advancement of the OHT model. Where appropriate, this includes: uploading event recordings to the OHT Supports Events Calendar for later viewing; emphasizing optional attendance at events; and, deferring or rescheduling events. Teams may reach out to their ministry point of contact with any questions regarding flexibility due to COVID-19 capacity constraints.
